As your official photographers, we will not just be working with you on the day of your wedding! We aim to capture you as a couple from the beginning to the grand finale. Some time before the wedding, you have the option of having an engagement photo session with us, as included in your package. The session lasts about half an hour to an hour. Bring “props” that say something about yourselves, or choose a place that means a lot to you as a couple.The session allows you to get to know us as photographers, and gives you a chance to express yourselves in a more laid-back setting. You can even send those photos with your wedding invitations to show off your spouse-to-be to your friends and family! On the day of the wedding, the photographer with whom the bride is most comfortable will work with her, creating a photographic journal of her day from the time she gets her hair done and puts on her dress… until she rides off into the sunset with her new husband at the end of reception. If you wish, the second photographer will capture the groom’s point of view to show how your two stories finally come together. At some point during the day (time decided beforehand), we also take the bride and the groom aside for 30-45 minutes for some more personal photographs and formal pictures.During the reception, we will arrange an on-screen display of photographs that we have taken of the ceremony for your guests to enjoy. It’s a great way for you to share the excitement of the occasion with your reception guests who weren’t present at the earlier event, or for those who would rather sit back and relax rather than dance the night away.By the time you’re back from your honeymoon, we will have your proofs ready for you to start designing your album. We will assist you in choosing the photographs that capture the sequence of events of the day. Once the album is designed, those photographs will be processed to clear away blemishes or anything else that needs to be retouched to make them perfect. Your photo album will be ready about two to three weeks later. In addition to your wedding book, you can share a personalized on-line album with your family and friends. This service is perfect for overseas guests and others who were unable to make the long trip to be with you in person for the wedding. Everyone can order the prints they want directly from the website themselves, which saves you the hassle of shipping your proofs everywhere, and leaves you more time to enjoy the “happily ever after.”
